Here are some of the finest Windsor art models that they have displayed in the Gallery in their Model Shop Building. They do an exquisite job of replicating fine art, The Crown Jewels. One of our latest projects was a mural to celebrate Earth Day. It will be on display at LEGOLAND California this week. Eric and I worked on the design, then the entire team helped us put it together. A genuine group effort! It uses a lot of special colors which are no longer made, but what better way to use them than a beautiful work of art. Plus they can REUSE it every year :)

Minifigs have moved into the miniature city of Chicago. LEGOLAND California's Kennedy Space Center landed in Billund, Denmark. I like my new neighbor, The Crossing, the city of Carlsbad's new 400 acre golf course. They had a soft opening this past weekend and they are opening officially, soon. I've been watching them develop the course and the fabulous clubhouse on the hill as I drive up each day. The landscaping is lovely and there is a beautiful a 28,000 square foot clubhouse with restaurant and banquet facilities
